1) First come first serve basis
2) Price can be negotiable
3) Some of the item might be pre order or ready stock as stated
4) Priority will be given for those buyers who make a fast payment
5) Account details will be sent out via sms@email
6) All of the craft items are strictly no reservation and you need to make a payment before
we can proceed to make your order
7) For the pre order item, the duration of making it is 1 week
8) Please notify us once the payment being made
9) No refund or whatsoover once the payment has been made
10) No copyright on the design or patter
11) Seriously no backouts and serious buyer only
